The meaning behind the piece: As an Igbo American I always try to find ways to connect my past and present culturally. I’m currently in a season of positivity and claiming all the blessings that I know I deserve. This same message is projected across the yellow mask of my character. Covered in Nsibidi script, the mask is a reclaiming/manifesting of good luck, positive dreaming, positive speech and energy.
